Systems, operations and creative execution
Allias Grindrod is an operations-first builder with a creative edge.
She studied radio broadcasting before moving into marketing and media, progressing from ground-level roles through to creative leadership.
Alongside her career, Allias launched and ran an online ecommerce label as a sole trader, designing the products herself and managing the business end-to-end across brand, marketing, customer experience and administration.
She has also been active in the Sunshine Coast business community, including serving on the board with the 4556 Chamber of Commerce.
Her strength is turning ideas and business activity into clear, practical systems that people can actually use.
At Boss Ops, Allias leads the systems, operations, process design, marketing structure and implementation side of the business.

James McGovern
Sales, franchising and commercial growth
James McGovern is a serial entrepreneur with deep experience in franchising, sales-led growth, hospitality, ecommerce and brand expansion.
He entered franchising in 2007 as a Red Rooster franchisee, where he was recognised as Franchisee of the Year and became a trainer for incoming franchisees before selling in 2011.
He later co-founded Nutrition Station, scaling the concept to more than 30 outlets across Australia and expanding into the United States.
James has built and grown businesses across cafés, food manufacturing, distribution, ecommerce and franchising. He has also taken active roles in small business advocacy, chamber networks, community leadership and not-for-profit boards.
His strength is seeing the commercial opportunity, understanding the sales pathway and building momentum around growth.
At Boss Ops, James leads sales strategy, business development, franchising, partnerships and commercial direction.
